I went to nearby farmers to buy apples, they have planted California strawberries that produce all year except the coldest months + (January to February and March) 'cause they do not have greenhouses, are fragrant and fresh, I could not resist:)
I made the custard with the cream, the gelatin, mashed strawberries and cream, all mounted in the circle and put in freezer. I poured over a simple puree of strawberries and sugar.

eat now makes me look almost spring autumn, too good:) If you consider relevant
